OXFORD DRAGWAY HIRES NEW TRACK MANAGER

Oxford, January 22, 2008 - Oxford Dragway announces today the appointment of Andy Cook as Track Manager for the
2008 race season.

"I am both excited and flattered to have been selected for the Track Manager position by the Board of Directors," said
Cook after the announcement. Cook, who began racing motorcycles at Oxford Dragway in 1997, founded the Maine
Motorcycle Drag Racing Association (MMDRA) in 2006. MMDRA was created to revive and promote the sport of
motorcycle drag racing in Maine and makes Oxford Dragway it's home track.

"We're excited to have Andy on board and we feel he will be a great asset to the track," said John Sloan, Vice
President of Oxford Dragway. "Andy's success in reviving the motorcycle class shows he has the skills and ambition
to manage the development of new programs and special events at the Dragway."

Of the upcoming 2008 racing season, Cook said, "I look forward to both challenges and victories during the 2008
season. The racers, fans and sponsors of Oxford Dragway are the backbone of the facility. I will make it my personal
goal to ensure each of them is provided with the best possible facilities, programs and entertainment while at Oxford
Dragway. We will no longer be known as 'Maine's best kept secret' - the 2008 season will put Oxford Dragway back on
the map!"

Cook is a 23-year veteran of the Maine Army National Guard where he is currently a Chief Warrant Officer 2. He
lives in Clinton with his wife, Sharon, and children, Dylan and Olivia.

LLC since 2005. OPD Partners, LLC is a primarily racer-owned organization committed to providing a safe and
